Greetings! I’m Tariq, a freelance illustrator based in London.
Working both digitally and traditionally, my style is sketchy yet realistic combining pencil, airbrush and mixed media textures.
My experience includes work for Texas A&M Foundation, Kroger, a New York Times bestselling author and portrait commissions for private clients. My studio experience includes work on film poster designs for Bobo Creative and Coffee & Cigarettes design agencies, including uncredited work for “The Pirate Queen with Lucy Liu” cinematic VR game. My artwork has also been displayed at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children.
I work from my home studio with my girlfriend and two Ragdoll cats, Sky and Melina for moral support. My influences include classic film poster art by illustrators such as Drew Struzan and John Alvin, and lifelong passion for film and science fiction.
